Had a bad experience that the manager on duty went above and beyond to make right. After driving an hour and a half and after multiple calls to come pick up my order the items were not there. Obviously I wasn't thrilled since they kept calling and emailing me. Long story short, manager on duty was super apologetic and went out of his way to make things right. I'll continue to shop Home Depot (buy a lot of Ryobi, Milwaukee and DeWalt tools from them).

We were shopping for LG Kitchen Appliances Packages. Robin was so informative, knowledgeable of the products we were looking for and answered ALL of our questions. Once we are ready to install the appliances we will see Robin at Home Depot. Thank you Robin.
Then when we purchased other items Janelle, cashier, provided an easy and pleasant check out.

Always a pleasant experience no matter what department I go to. Store is always clean from floor to ceiling and very well organized. Was disappointed a couple thought times when I ordered items online that ended up not in being in stock. However, they are quick to pick up the phone and call to let you know and to discuss other options available.

Today's experience at this store, it started at checkout. One of my items did not have a price sticker on it so cashier proceeded to look up item, after ten minutes of searching and not finding and after another cashier and myself suggested she call for price check. Cashier ignored and kept looking saying no one would know where to find item for a price. After another five minutes I suggested I go back and get another with the price tag, in the process I observed five employees back in that department just standing around doing nothing! I proceeded to return to register and pay for my items. I asked the cashier if I could speak with manager. I was pointed in his direction, explained my experience. He said he would talk to the employee. I followed him as he just walked past the cashier and disappeared. At this point I was furious and decided to leave store before things became ugly...

They had the big appliances, Frig, gas range, washer and dryer, and a microwave. Perfect for our home. I couldn't be happier. Plus, I have quite a few other items we picked up there. Your everything store at great prices

Robin was GREAT! I needed to replace my 35-year-old (that’s right) water heater. Went through the website to order it and thought I was getting installation services thought I had to buy separate, but I did that wrong. No one else there could help me get this corrected, but my contractor contacted Robin and she was courteous, communicative and just awesome overall. He said she was great and he was right! Thank you Robin!

Home Depot is a standard big box hardware store. What can one say. We went there to look at TimberTech deck samples, and they had a great selection.
