Luke Hatschbach has been doing my taxes for years now and there is a reason for that. He is kind , helpful, concerned and nice. I'm not the brightest when it comes to doing my taxes and he doesn't make me feel stupid that I don't understand lol. He works with me until I get it and I truly appreciate that

EDIT: AFTER SPEAKING WITH NANCY SHE'S THE MANAGER SHE DID REQUEST A REFUND ON MY FEES WHICH WAS LIKE ALMOST $600 WHICH IS COMING AND CHECK FORM SO I STILL GOT TO WAIT LIKE A WEEK AND A HALF TWO WEEKS WHICH SUCKS BUT AT LEAST SHE'S DOING SOMETHING TO MAKE THE SITUATION BETTER SO I WENT AHEAD AND TOOK IT TO FOUR STARS HOWEVER H&R BLOCK IF YOU SEE THIS IF IT WASN'T FOR NANCY Y'ALL WOULD STILL BE SITTING AT A ONE STAR. BUT I WILL ADD SHE WENT AND LOOKED INTO THE TAX CREDIT FOR WORKING FAMILIES FOR MISSOURI AND APPARENTLY I DON'T EVEN QUALIFY SO MY TAX PREP WHICH I WILL NOT SAY HER NAME WHO CALLED ME 3 WEEKS AGO SAYING I WAS GETTING THIS EXTRA MONEY WAS INCORRECT. BUT LIKE I SAID NANCY RECTIFIED THE SITUATION SO GOOD ON YOU.I have been a client for 7 years however this year I was supposed to have a specific tax pro. Once I got there I got thrown to someone else who was brand new I was her first in person client. She has no clue what she was doing. I walked her through parts of it. She wasn't able to get my extra working family credits bc the form apparently wasn't available. I found this out week later. She told me she would get it taken care of. I called a week and half later and she wasn't there I spoke with someone else who said they couldn't do anything but she would be back the following day. I never received my call I messaged twice. Finally the following week I get a message back with excuses and her letting me know she still hasn't done what she was supposed to but she will take care of it I don't see how seeings how my state taxes have been sent and received. Which is another thing. They won't tell u this but they don't take the fees out of federal anymore they keep ur state taxes. Awful experience

Wasnt the same experince i had the last 2 years before i left office the other gentlemen made sure that all of my tax information was sent an made sure that they were excepted.
