When we returned our Wifi equipment, James (I believe that was his name), was rude and when asked twice if we owed anything or had a refund coming he answered no both times. I ended up owing $90. While I hesitate to call any person a liar, James was along with being rude. I thought Spectrum had more class than to hire people who lie and treat people as he did.”
