When I say Lake Collision is worth any timeline they give you, trust me it's worth it. Barbara makes sure your vehicle is top notch before you get it back. They know what they are doing.
Last winter, I made the mistake of going somewhere else because I didn't have to wait as long. The shop I went to was highly recommended. The guy was rude and the work was subpar.
I definitely won't make that mistake again.

Lake Collision was extremely helpful and professional. We were in town for a couple days and had a minor hiccup with our bumper that needed fixing before heading back home the next day. We called and they were very friendly and were able to squeeze us in that day. Overall, highly recommend!!

I actually just stopped in here for advice to see what to do regarding an issue with the service where my car was sitting (a different shop). See my previous review. The woman in the office was very helpful to me.

So basically they promise new parts then give used ones. I was told my car was done. What a joke. New fender all dented they missed more than half of what was on the estimate. Took it in several times for the wrong paint. And now I'm stuck with the wrong color. I will never use this company again they made a claim revision on my insurance causing my insurance to sky rocket. Be awareServices: Painting
