So basically they promise new parts then give used ones. I was told my car was done. What a joke. New fender all dented they missed more than half of what was on the estimate. Took it in several times for the wrong paint. And now I'm stuck with the wrong color. I will never use this company again they made a claim revision on my insurance causing my insurance to sky rocket. Be awareServices: Painting

You guys! This place is AWESOME!!! After my 2014 Ford F150 FX4 "Foxy" was involved in a front end collision, I did what you are doing now and read the reviews. This seemed the best in my area, and I brought my truck to them. They were super helpful, got my truck in fairly quick, and when I got her back, she was detailed inside and out! If I could give them extra stars for also remembering to say my name with the correct pronunciation AND detailing my truck, they'd have a 10 star rating from me! I took my truck home and thoroughly checked out the repairs and I cannot find any flaws. Absolutely recommend!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Great people, great service! Came in on a Friday afternoon with dent in rental car. Don & his team got right on it & gave it a quick repair. I would highly recommend Barb and Lake collision! I have use them in the past for bodywork they did an amazing job, but recently had someone back into my car and it was a total loss! Barb wrote me a fair estimate and then worked with the other persons insurance company to get me the most value for my car possible! They are super friendly, easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and do amazing work!

Someone ripped my side mirror off. I called these guys and they were really nice. They ordered the part, let me pay over the phone and had it replaced in less than 10 minutes. Great service, really nice people.
