Can’t even give this location a zero. I’ve delivered to Lowe’s all over the country and I have to say this is by far the worst one. The receiving manager is rude as hell and their delivery coordinator has the personality to match hers. 7am delivery doesn’t mean anything to them. They don’t start loading their delivery trucks until 20 till. 3 docks and only 1 is usable. Crap piled up in the dock area. Banging on my truck windows with keys to get my attention. Corporate sets the appointment, they’re not even prepared. OSHA needs to visit this place. Another Missouri hell hole.

Worst Lowes I’ve ever been to. Manager Scott is very rude and doesn’t listen to what you are trying to tell him just keeps talking over you saying the same thing like he’s to important to have manors

Went to Lowes looking at area rugs. Saw alot of rugs just not my color or style. Then a employee in a veteran's jacket said look at this rug.
If you apply for Lowe's credit I can knock off $100. My husband said deal. I want to express my experience the whole staff which was 3 was very knowledgeable & helpful. They went out of their way to help us. I would recommend this store.

Good luck trying to reach this store by phone. Called multiple times, transferred to departments with no staff. Hold times 40-60 minutes. Absolutely horrible!

Great service by the man in the shade department. He was very accommodating and gave me prices on two different shades I was looking at. I would highly recommend purchasing shades at Lowes!

I like Lowes. They always have what I need and have some really great employees there. I got some great advice on window clings and cleaning products from Spencer and nice greetings from the girls at the customer service desk.

I would like to know why Lowes SNEAKS in a delivery charge of $79 on a $33 item we ordered online. We purchased a camera doorbell, cameras and a $33 4-pack of solar lights. Lowes delivered the doorbell and cameras via USPS and then delivered the $33 4-pack of lights via a Lowes truck and charged us a $79 delivery fee to our Lowes card!!!!!!!!!!
WHY??????? I just wanted them mailed.... never requested them for delivery from the store!
This makes NO SENSE!!!!! How is it the customer's responsibility to know how the company is going to send an item???????
This post is specifically directed about the Osage Beach Store in Osage Beach,MO ... and the ridiculous operations manager named Chelsea who is impossible to communicate with!!!

If I could leave no stars, I would. My parents went there to buy a refrigerator They were there for over an hour looking at them, several salesman walked by and never asked if they needed help. When they found one they wanted to purchase, they had to go hunt someone down to help them. The guy went in the back and said they had two in stock and they set it up for delivery. It was delivered on a Wednesday but never got cold. When they called that salesman to let him know, he said, unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do at the store level because it came from the warehouse, you’ll have to call the them. There was no discussion of a warehouse during the sales process. After two days of getting the runaround, they were finally told someone would deliver a refrigerator to them the next day (Friday) Later that day they got a notification that they would have to wait until the following Wednesday. Instead of making it right and bringing them one of the refrigerators from the store, they made them go a week with no refrigerator. Horrible customer service. Don’t shop here!! And definitely don’t deal with the whole delivery process because you won’t be dealing with the store if something happens, you’re dealing with a warehouse out of Hazelwood. They had hundreds of dollars in food go bad due to this and the only way to get reimbursement ($300 Is the max they give) is to show receipts for the food. Who keeps food receipts?! Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Everything that I needed
