Not sure what was going on here, maybe remodeling but the store was a mess. And their stock was way down. I mean that's cool if you are remodeling but the store still could have been in much better shape.

The store is pretty great, lots of merchandise, great deals.
It was overall quite messy and a bit tough to maneuver. I appreciate a chatty cashier, but please give Tina C a bit more training. I mentioned several times that I needed to be somewhere at a specific time, but for some reason it made her talk more to the point where it had nothing to do with anything and she had totally stopped ringing me up. I was trying to subtly push my items toward her, but she just wouldn't check me out. The place I needed to be was one mile away, I got in line with 35 minutes to be there, about 5 people in front of me and all but one register going and I got there with about 2 minutes to spare. Over 30 minutes to checkout while practically begging Tina to scan my items.
She seems like a nice person but there has to be a tiny bit of respect for people's time.

I have never had a problem with the line as in I am patient. Two registers open and Tina c. Doesn't know how to multi task. She can't ring anything up because she's to busy talking. Great job Marshalls 7 people are waiting. Me and the lady in front of me thought it was very unprofessional. Oh I forgot to add a man jump on a register because he seen the line was getting longer.

Such a great place to shop! 2 of my FAVORITE workers here are Adrianna F and CJ!! These 2 are such a bundle of joy! Very kind, sweet with a bubbly happy personality. NEVER had a negative experience with either of these lovely teens. I promise despite any negativity for either of them very much so is NOT true or within something I have experienced!

I love Marshall’s they have adorable stuff but the worker I think his name was CJ didn’t talk to us at all when we are checking out and didn’t even smile and left all the sensors on our clothes so then when we walked out the alarm went off and we had to come back in and get checked and then a different employee took the sensors off, the attitude was just not very customer friendly. Other than that it was a great experience and the other employees were amazing and joyful especially the elder ladies running the fitting room.
