I really didn’t need to “fix” the phone, so Kevin was able to quickly attach a new screen so I could back up the data, then replace the old screen so I could send the phone back for insurance. I was so worried that I would need to pay multiple hundreds to replace a screen I was just going to be sending back to Apple, but I was only charged a small fee for labor. “We had the best experience working with Nicole Stewart yesterday. She went above and beyond to help our family! We had purchased two new iPhones at the Springfield, MO store the day before with no help or information on how to set them up properly. One of the phones had an issue so we stopped at the Osage Beach store while traveling through the Lake yesterday, in hopes of getting some help to figure it out. Nicole not only helped us fix that issue, she helped us upgrade one of our other kids phones with discounts that the Springfield store never even told us about! She took the time we needed and never made us feel rushed. She was a stellar employee and we appreciated her patience and caring so much!!”

“A pretty basic Target but then again I am pretty basic, too. #psl4life It's small but mighty. Probably the most robust dollar section I've ever seen lives here at Osage Beach. It boasts a Starbucks, which is always welcomed. As well as pretty decent wine and beer selection. We came in to peruse during a rain storm. Every Target you come across is setup a bit differently but this one (unlike some others I've frequented) was easy to navigate. Something noteworthy, as an outta-towner, a CVS pharmacy is tucked away at this location. While we've never needed this on vacation, it's nice to know where one lives. Overall, this Target is pretty stellar. Check it out on a rainy day, if you need some rosé or forgot deodorant! (It also doesn't hurt that HyVee is its neighbor!)”

“I was in need of a shipping box that would accommodate a roll of wallpaper and needed a lengthy cylinder type box. I explained to the rep at the photo section, Betty, what I needed and asked if they sold those types of boxes. She confirmed they did not. However, she asked me to hold on for a second and she went to the back.....only to come back with a fishing rod box that was absolutely perfect for my shipment. (Keep in mind, I didn't need a new box.) She went above and beyond. Most employees would say they were sorry and move on but she took the time and effort to help me! This type of employee is rare! “Was I wrong 2 years ago! Spectrum kept raising our rates so we changed carriers. When we returned our Wifi equipment, James (I believe that was his name), was rude and when asked twice if we owed anything or had a refund coming he answered no both times. I ended up owing $90. While I hesitate to call any person a liar, James was along with being rude. I thought Spectrum had more class than to hire people who lie and treat people as he did.”
