I am 0 for 2 at this store, there will not be a third visit. Horrible customer service, lazy and lacking commitment to want to help. You will be way better off taking your business to another place that sells lumber.

I had a storm door ordered, and at first I was told it might take a couple of weeks. Thankfully, Billy called to make sure everything was taken care of, and he got the door delivered the very next day just as promised. Excellent customer service and follow-through!

We always go there guys know there lumber have what u need most of the time. Only down fall is there treated lumber is stored out in the weather

Very helpful! Spent a lot of time helping me find the right size bolts even though I was only spending $4.00! Then, my car wouldn't start and he jump started it for me!

Paid almost $2000 for windows and delivery to my vacation condo. Took 2 months to get 5 windows in. Had to call them to figure out they finally came in. Then they were supposed to call me when they had a delivery day set up so I could make sure someone was there or I could give them a code to get in. After a week of no call, I call them to find out they've been sitting outside of the condo complex. Will never be using or referring RP lumber again. Terrible customer service.
