A workshop that does not tolerate someone being in a hopeless situation and does not want to help refers them to other workshops. I do not recommend it to anyone and I wish the owner the same situation in the future when he will be helpless.

I had to take in a Ford Fiesta for a transmission that had gone out. Ron and co. couldn't have been more thorough. With Samco, you get quality work that they will stand by.

Had a breakdown while visiting the area. We were 400 miles from home and had our vehicle towed to Samco Transmissions for diagnosis. Ron worked us in and helped us get back on the road. Amazing customer service. Would recommend!!

Let's face is, having a transmission fail is about the worst thing that can happen to a vehicle owner. I asked around and just about everyone suggested I take our van here and this proved to be a wise decision. Ron is a great guy and was 100% transparent on pricing and timeline, and got the vehicle back to us ahead of schedule to boot. I am hopeful that I never again find myself in this situation, but if I am Samco will be my first phone call.Service: Transmission
