“I went in to pick up a package after a bad experience with ups not delivering it so I had to pick it up from this location. At first we had what may be considered a negative interaction but the manager Luke went above and beyond to make sure I got the service I needed. In this day and age it’s very rare that after a business makes a decision that then they can see that maybe it wasn’t the right decision and admit they are wrong. Thank you Luke for doing the right thing!”
