Their Google hours show they're open on Sunday 12-5, as does the sign showing their daily hours on the door. However there's a paper note hung up stating they're closed Sun. Would have been nice to know before making the drive.

The hours on on their posted cites and website say open on Sunday and was told by the customer service that they would be open. They apparently don’t open on Sunday after I drove all they way out here.

Every month, like clockwork, we have 32 days when our WiFi decides to take a vacation. It's as if it's playing a game of hide and seek while we're gaming or watching videos, and it loves to surprise us with an unexpected disappearing act. It's like playing a shooter game, and your fiercest enemy turns out to be your own network!

Was I wrong 2 years ago! Spectrum kept raising our rates so we changed carriers. When we returned our Wifi equipment, James (I believe that was his name), was rude and when asked twice if we owed anything or had a refund coming he answered no both times. I ended up owing $90. While I hesitate to call any person a liar, James was along with being rude. I thought Spectrum had more class than to hire people who lie and treat people as he did.

Tired of paying 90 a month for constant service blackouts your wifi service sucks and maybe stop raising bills whenever you want until you can actually provide a service that works more than 4 hours a day

So indifferent on this place, the service and well, spectrum in its entirety. You'll get told so many lies. I mean direct to your face lies. It's crazy. For instance, we were told bundling our phone and internet got that line free, false. That is not completely true. While yes, THAT PHONE LINE ...(extremely important if you have 2 lines, then say remove one, if its the FREE PHONE NUMBER FIRST ISSUED they will just charge you 80$ instead of making the alternative phone leftover free)... is free, it is for the first year. None of that statement was disclosed to us. Meaning quite a few scenarios will result in you paying numerous costs you didn't expect to. In addition to their failure to communicate in store, they will as well directly lie to you via their call center. Because you can't call the store directly (extremely shady). For example, they will tell you that if you purchase a phone via the telephone, or online, you can "...just take it to the store if you have any issues." False. You have to pursue your issues from whence it came. If it was bought over the phone, you must return it via mail after again calling the call center. Also and most importantly becuase I've put up with quite a bit from cable and internet monopolies my whole life, they boast and tout they have this 1 gig connection speed. False. It is so inconsistent it matches their customer service. More importantly it drops constantly, and not just a few times. When it really falls apart, it drops 20-50 times a day. The structure of their integrity is crystal clear, you needn't seek a new 'spectrum' to see it.

TV not working. Pixels going crazy. Hooked up new WiFi and it’s not much better. Keeps telling me to reload. Very disappointed

I’ve had spectrum for two years, at first it was good. Then within the last 6 months I have to restart my equipment, there are constant “outages”. I don’t like paying for something that doesn’t work the way it should or if I have to continually fix the connection (no I don’t live in the middle of nowhere). I will definitely be researching new companies.

My family has only had Spectrum since December. Our home internet service is great! My son can be on his Ps4, I can be surfing on the PC while my Husband is streaming on the TV. Very rare for interruptions, however, my mobile service is another story. It started out great for me also, but I have started having issues with messages failing to send or come through. The internet connection is spotty and it's so frustrating when I try to clock in with my phone and have to wait until I'm on a WiFi connection to do so! And when I try to make a call and the recording says I'm roaming and I can only make collect calls or dial the number for my provider support. I didn't even think roaming was a thing anymore unless you travel outside the country? Does anyone else have these problems?
