Never open when they say they are so who could review it 3rd trip there closed .5 to 1 hour early the second time the guy was in store told me they were closed

Some of the best customer service. I ordered a set of wakeboard bindings that ended up being out of stock. I called today to find out when I could expect them to ship. I was told that my bindings were out of stock and they were trying to find another dealer. Got a call back within a couple of hours saying they found a set in another state that they were having sent to me. The guys at wake effects did not have to go out of their way for me but they did. Highly recommend this place to everyone

Been in a handful of times to the Pro Shop and each time the staff has been fantastic. Each trip I have had help from Bengt and he was awesome to deal with each time. Super knowledgeable on product, took plenty of time to make sure I looked at a bunch of different options before buying, and great advice and explanations with no pressure to buy. Every other member of the staff I have interacted with has also been great to deal with. I will absolutely continue to come back here for all my water sports equipment in the future. Huge selection on gear and anything they didn’t have in store they offered to ship it to me direct. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Lake of the Ozarks area.

Awesome selection of gear and an even better staff. Been in a handful of times to either ask questions or shop for skis, wakeboards, life vests, or accessories and everyone I have dealt with is super informed, helpful, and no pressure to buy. Bengt in particular has always been sure to make sure I was happy with the purchase or offer advice. Will always be my first choice in the area for water sports gear or apparel! Would highly recommend.

Can not remember the girls name I spoke to, but she was a new employee. She was very helpul, nice, and knowledgeable with the item. She confirmed the item was in stock and I would have it in a few days. Purchased the large towels with the Baja Logo to use on the engine cover. They are not some cheap or cheesy towel with just a screen print. The logo and color was correct and they are great quality. Would recommend to others.
