I don't know about you, but I have always found mounting new tires onto my car's wheels difficult enough to pay for the convenience of a garage to do so, since they have the right equipment for it, and I don't.I also believe in getting fair value for my money, which I didn't harvest from a tree, but worked very hard for. Now, I have paid as much as $14 and as little as $7 to have a tire put on the rim, with $10 being a fairly common amount. But I have never in my LIFE (I am 54) paid $31 for a job that, with the right equipment, is considered fairly easy and doesn't take much time. Over an hour and a half after beginning the "automotive technicians" of Walmart in Osage Beach had finished and not bothered to tell my wife, who had the u enviable task of waiting for these time clock milkers. $62 to mount and balance TWO tires is an outrageous insult and had it been me waiting instead of her, a technician would've had to get a tire surgically removed from their lower G.I. tract. I will NEVER give Walmart automotive an opportunity to steal money (yes, you read that right, steal) from me again. Hopefully this review will help other people avoid getting the I appropriate shaft without a courtesy kiss to boot. Take your business ess anywhere else. Good luck!

One morning during our cross country trip, I discovered what looked like a shard of metal in my tire. After calling around and stopping at several other (highly reviewed) tire/auto shops who couldn’t see us until the afternoon, came here.Selina helped me at the front desk and said the wait would be ~2.5hrs. I asked if she could give me a call when our time slot was approaching. She agreed.Long story short, she called me within an hour and said our car was next. They carefully inspected the tire and even talked to me while they did so. Apparently the metal didn’t fully pierce the tire bc no leak was found. They got us in/out in no more than 45min and even let us wait inside with our 3 dogs. Thanks for the great service!

Had a 9 a.m. appointment to replace a separated tire. Held my breath and got there at 8:45 a.m. A disinterested young man informed me they wouldn't be open today. This is the third and last time this will happen! They should just close this part of the business and let people go to Camdenton, where they're consistently open during regular business hours.

Oh boy... what a day.I noticed I had a bad tire before heading home from the lake. I'm about 2 hours away and it looked dangerous to drive on. I honestly can't believe I made it to the lake on one piece on that tire! Tread was visibly coming off to the point I could see the steel belt of the tire. Since it was memorial day, Walmart was the only place open. They checked my tire size and they told me the tire size was 215/35/16 and that they didn't have it in stock. Camdenton also didn't have it in stock.I asked them to just put on the spare for me so I could at least make it home. About an 45 minutes later I was told my car was ready. I went out to my car and the spare was not on my car. The bad tire was still on. No idea what they did to my car when they had it in the shop. They pulled it back in to change the tire for me and informed me the instructions were a bit "hazy". Under customer comments, it says "just put on spare tire thank you" and it did indicate the correct tire, which all seems pretty clear to me.After putting on the spare, I asked if they checked the PSI of the spare. They didn't, so they oulles it back in, checked the air, and said "oh yeah it's pretty low, and then they added A LOT of air for me. This should have automatically been checked without a reminder from the customer. I was told that there was a "communication break down".The icing on the cake is that when I arrived home and looked at the tire size so I could take it to my local shop that was open, I discovered they looked up the WRONG tire size to begin with which is why no Walmart around had that size. Very clearly on the door frame and tires it says 215/55/16 NOT 215/35/16.I guess I couldn't even trust this Walmart to do something as simple as check the tire size for me. I probably would have been better off changing the tire myself but being pregnant, it didn't seem like the best idea. But seeing as how this Walmart left a very clearly bad tire on my car and that could have caused me to wreck and be injured or even worse, it might have been better for the pregnant lady to change the tire herself. These "communication breakdowns" were absolutely unacceptable and could have cost me my life. Not even sure I'd trust them to change a headlight.

I didn't want to just show up to get my tire that's under warranty and only a month old in case they are busy. They have NO ONE answering the phone! Back again because my tire still leaks! They want to change the plug which is not part of the warranty on all 4 of the brand new tires I purchased from them. Texted me they're done yet there's a line with 1 service person and the other people are on break!

While waiting for my tire repair. Lady name Selina working counter didn't seem to be very helpful to this gentleman that thought he had an appointment. Seems to be making it difficult for him. Sitting here listening to her is uncomfortable. Guess I could walk around until my tire is fixed. Shouldn't have too.? Reminds me of a another time I came to this Walmart for an oil change and the guy didn't put oil back in my car. Luckily after realizing it I was able to put oil in it before the motor blewService: Tires

I went close to Closing Time today but this person was so nice he just took my car in and did everything that was required. He infact had an injury on this right hand but he did not care about it and just helped me out. I am so so grateful for people like him and I think we can all learn to be just nice and help each other. Thank you so much... definitely always will continue to get any auto repairs at Walmart only.

I had a broken break line when I went to get in my car. You could see the trail of break fluid follow the car from inside there shop to where they parked it. The break light was on in my dash board and know one saw anything or knew anything about it.Plus know one offered a lm sorry or anything. I'll never go back they had to know something was wrong when the break peddle went to the floor.
