I would have rated them 4 or maybe even 5 stars except for the fact that after we agreed on all rental terms - dates, times, pickup, drop off and price / they added $40.00 to the price. They claimed they lost a rental because I was keeping the car a few extra hours - which they agreed to! Totally unprofessional.
