Tim did an exceptional job diagnosing the fuel leak and getting to the root of the problem. He was very quick to replace the fuel pump and get my truck back on the road. I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled without feeling rushed or like I was being left in the dark.

“This automotive shop went above and beyond. I broke down on the side of I44 after overheating and not knowing the issue. I waited a couple hours for my insurers roadside service to pick me up and tow me to Old Town Automotive. Out of the 15 service places I called in the area, they were the only one even willing to take a look at my vehicle and help me get back on the road to home which is 4.5 hours away. They looked and it was simply a heater hose had busted, so they got one here in an hour and got me back on the road in two hours. Thank you so much Angie and Matt from Old Town Automotive. “Selbert's gets 5 stars from me. I had recently purchased a Ford Mustang from a local dealer in under two months a deer decided to jump out in front of us on a dusk Friday evening. We were traveling at about 45 miles an hour. Unfortunately we had to have it towed and a close friend said to take it to Selbert's they will fix it like it had never been in an accident. We about a week to a week and a half later it was fixed and looked as good as new. Chris the guy that walked me through the whole process was awesome walked me through the whole process seamlessly and took care of all of the insurance process. Thank you Selbert's for being so responsive and bring my horse back to new. I would recommend them to anyone look for body work!”

“Took my 2016 Mustang GT convertible in to Reuther Ford for a couple of recalls. Everything was great except the one recall required an item that was not in stock at Reuther or any other dealers within 30 miles. They were able to get the item at a dealer located about an hour away. This added about 2-1/2 hours to the process. Overall, everything was great except the extra time it took to get the work completed.”

I ended up going to the DMV and was told I needed a safety as well after just leaving here and they told me to just come back and they would get it done so I didnt have to wait again. They saved me so much time and I really appreciated this. Front desk was extremely nice as well. I will now always come here for anything further.”
