There should be no star for such terrible service. My package was kept by them for more than a week now because they do not have man power to do delivery. Instead they would lie that you have wrong shipping address.

So far not thrilled with the service. I got 2 day delivery. I purchased on the 16th and it is now the 20th. I was hoping to receive the product today as it has been sitting at this location all day with the message saying expected delivery between 12-2 but no later then 8 and here it is 7:30 and the package is still at the same location. I hope it arrives tomorrow. Will gladly update if the package arrives before 8 this evening or when it finally does get delivered.Update, the package did arrive the next day in good condition so just a day late no big deal. 4 star.

They drivers are horrible & keep delivering my packages to the wrong address I’m convinced & stealing them smh because there’s no way they keep delivering to the wrong address on purpose.

I was a former fedex member, a package handler for I know exactly what happens inside that building all the way up until the front gate. And I must say I am pretty disappointed in the HR team no no I was never fired. No I did not leave on bad terms actually they were great terms and now. I'm trying to check on the status of my application but it seems like no matter how hard I try human resources just do not retain the information to connect me with any of the people inside the office no matter what happens not even Gmail they all have given me the same number that was been led around. To a different branch that said they were the wrong location and it was not part of human resources. Someone needs to replace the whole entire team in that office. They are becoming extremely lazy and neglectful. At this point. You guys will never find great employees. Now i'm going to make one last attempt to check on the status of my application which I applied for...for the 5th time... But this time the humory force fails their description once again i'm going straight to corporate

I live in Overland and the FedEx driver is always pulling up and leaving the music blaring while they're delivering the package. ????????? it must be really hard to find workers these days

Ordered a set of tires that were supposed to be delivered by FedEx. One of the two tires arrived. The driver said the other tire was not on their truck eventhough the tracking information said that it was. Fedex came the next day and said no one was home and would not leave the tire. Not the case, two people were home all day. I attempted to call the Woodson location only to get directed back to the 800 general number. The Fedex rep informed me that I could not pick up the item at the store and that they would attempt a 3rd delivery the next day between 8am-8PM. I needed the tires two days ago to keep my repair appointment. This the the 5th time out of 5 that I have had delivery issues with Fedex. I would recommend using a different carrier.

I don't understand the poor reviews. After a nightmare 2 days trying to located a lost package, I had it sent to this location for pick up. I spoke to Richard and Angela and both were responsive and left clear instructions on how to get the package. They called me when the package arrived, I went to the facility and called them and a man brought it to me. Super simple.

I had a delivery of a stationary bike that wasn't even placed on my porch this afternoon. Whoever was dropping it off left it on the stairs going up to the porch. Really? The box was 138 lbs. Don't your drivers carry a dolly ? And if they don't they should. The box was ripped in several places, hope the piece of equipment is ok. Very poor customer service. Disappointing customer care.

My package was suppose to be delivered 5 days ago and now claim they lost it. Was delivered 3 days ago but to the wrong address, they picked it back up and it’s scheduled to be delivered yesterday. Main problem is, the general number’s customer service is trash. Another problem is, these delivery drivers need to pay better attention to addresses. Found the direct number days later but she said they lost it somewhere in their station with no update as to what’s next.

I wasn't going to post anything about one of our packages being delivered to the wrong place because some map apps have trouble with our address. So, when our package was "delivered" but not to our house, we figured that might be the issue, but now I'm not so sure. Today, FedEx delivered a package to my house, but it was supposed to be for a neighbor. Luckily I was able to catch the delivery person before they left and let them know the package was delivered to the wrong house and the deliver person says, "oh, oops, I do that all the time." So, your job is to deliver things to the correct place and you mess that up "all the time"? Struggling and under funded, the USPS does a better job.

The woman I finally spoke with was great but the delivery driver throws the packages in the front door of our building under the mailboxes. He has also gone off on my handicapp neighbor. This time I saw him do it and tried to talk to him and he just went off on me. Will not tolerate that so I called again this time maybe something will be done.
