Absolutely horrible!!! Since Big Ron hasn't been there this place has went down hill. I've been coming here for over 15 years and whoever is managing right now needs to be fired cause this is ridiculous. Foundation sodas are always not working or nasty and every employee is more worried about their phones then the customers.

A huge thank you to the two rockstars working the counter tonight for rescuing me when my key fob battery died and I couldn’t get back into my car which also meant I couldn’t get to my cellphone which I left behind when I ran in the store. You went above and beyond to help me get ahold of AAA. I appreciate having a warm, safe place with a great playlist going while I waited for the tow truck driver!

SORRY THIS IS A REALLY LONG RECIEW BUT O WANTED TO PUT ALL OF THE DETAILS IN. TBEY HONESTLY REFUSED TO TAKE MY CASH!!!!! I stop at this store almost daily, if not this one another On The Run but 95% of the time I go in this location. So I stopped there today and realized I had left my wallet at home. I do keep a credit card in my car, for emergency use, don’t like paying interest unless I absolutely have to take that chance and my total purchase was $25. So I took in some dollar coins to pay. They absolutely REFUSED to take them stating that they wouldn’t be able to give them to their customers because customers wouldn’t want them. I worked at a convenience store before so I am 100% certain that they could have put them in with their bank deposit which I would think would have been a much better option than losing a daily customer. QT is right across the street so they will be getting my business from now I I did use my credit card to make the purchase but I wish I would have just left.

I went in for a coffee before my shift. As my coffee cooled, I drank it through the straw and kept getting chunks..after draining my coffee, I found that the bottom of the cup was full of grounds! Very disappointed!
