Beware! Horrible customer service. If their box is full and you cannot return your DVDs you have to find another redbox or they will charge you another night. If you try to call them they keep you on hold and when you finally get through you can't understand them and they act like it's your problem that their box is full and it won't let you return it... so they charge you an extra night. There a monopoly and they use it to their advantage.
