Be aware the employees at this location are unqualified and are not willing to do their jobs. I rented a tool here and they didn’t give me the blades that come with it. by the time I realized that it was too late and I couldn’t finish the job on time. Check very well before leaving the premises that tools have all the attachments that are supposed to be included because they wont do it. Also they didn’t take responsibility for their mistake so I also lose the rental money. Very disappointing. If you can go somewhere else avoid this location. Worst home depot store ever.

Made the mistake of thinking to help a customer in line was the job of the check-out employee. Employee and a declared "manager" were having some kind of tense discussion with a long line waiting. When I asked to be taken care of (had a contractor waiting on an hourly rate), I was called "rude" and when I asked to talk to a General Manager, was told, there was none and "you can't tell us how to do our jobs." Pardon me, I thought checking out customers was the job. I'll go to Menards or Lowe's. Peace.

Neighborhood store. Huge , great workout regimen, put your walking shoes on and do your miles here. Plentiful parking, inventory available, clean clutter free environment. Staff understand there job and can actually assist you if you need help finding items. Reasonably priced.

I purchased a new Traeger Pro 575 grill on Saturday 4/15. Part of that the purchase was the offer of free assembly, and that the new grill would be available by Wednesday 4/19.I arrived to pick up my "new" grill, and instead they presented what was clearly an open box item. This store attempted to bait and switch my new grill with an open box item that was stored out side. How many other people have missed this switch and received "open box" in lieu of newly assembled? Sure, they gave me weak excuses that failed to understand how this undermined confidence and trust. Bottom line they lied, and when presented with the gravity of the deception they had nothing to offer but an apology and I could get the new one Tuesday. Then again, how do I know I will receive new one? Maybe they will just spit shine and clean another open box item. Buyer beware on these type of transactions at this store

I order double garden doors to be installed for my home, paid to have them installed, Home Depot has 3rd party installer. He came out and the doors are uneven. Raki the manager over the department could never be reached. Amy her person could not do anything without Raki. I sent her pictures, video and got no response for 3 weeks, RF construction sent the inspector out, was the same person who installed the doors. RF construction and Home depot decided that the damage to my patio door by the installer wasn't worth them doing anything because my video showed the patio door without damage and after the installer came out and put u the storm doors and there was damage couldn't of been their installer. Pictures don't lie, do not order anything from Overland, MO Home Depot, the warranty and service is worthless. Raki manger of windows and doors bill not help, Marc Buxton over installation will not help. There about selling and never following up on your satisfaction. Now there blaming the manufacturer. Stay away from this organization. Go to Lowes or Menards, I wish I had. My iPhone doesn't lie about dates and times , but they(Home Depot don't see that.

This location is much further than my usual STL Home Depot but I came here because my local Home Depot didn't have what I needed in stock. So I knew exactly what I needed to get but I just couldn't find it here! I asked the nearest Home Depot employee, tall white older man, if he could help me, he cheerfully said sure, and then does a spin and pulls the item from where it was hanging and hands it to me! I asked another worker, younger large African-American guy, if he could make a key for me. He's so cheerful, I almost thought he was being sarcastic, but he was great! The two female African-American workers at the register were also very helpful and friendly. I almost couldn't believe my luck!

I must say, this is by far the best rental location i have ever been to. Joe, the tool tech is the most knowledgeable individual regarding literally everything. Ms. Karen has always been extremely nice and helpful. Seemingly an expert in Penske truck rental. Ms. Peggy is equally amazing. Her tough love always keeps tool rental operating under high standards which ensures a great experience. Donald is a genius, and tool rental is only benefiting from his vast knowledge in all fields relating to mechanics and engineering. Jacob I've noticed tends to close tool rental frequently, and anyone who finds themselves in need of a tool at the last minute is in great hands. Overland Tool Rental truly has the A team in place.

Such a horrible experience. I waited in home and garden 30 minutes for an associate that never came. The cashier told me to call and I may be assisted which I was with a snotty customer service rep who answered the phone. She tried to make an excuse that was not valid with an attitude. I really hate coming here but it's the closest one to my home. . . Get it together!

I had some trouble with a lawn mower that I bought here, Will helped me out tremendously getting a replacement and making sure that it worked before I left the store. I'm a single woman and not that great at home improvement things. I'm sure my Dad is also grateful he didn't have to drive to come help me. Thanks so much y'all are doing a great job.

This Home Depot is fantastic. Quiet, great and friendly and helpful employees. Plenty of parking and great selection as well as easy to get in and out. Found a mini fridge for only $45 can't wait to go again.

Needed to buy a new washer and dryer tonight. It wasn't that busy but absolutely no one was available to help. They would walk by frequently saying someone would be right over but nope, never. We ended up going home and ordering it online from somewhere else with a quicker ship and install date.
