Tuff Shed recently completed a 14X10 shed for us that pretty much matches our house. The entire build went well with just one small hitch. The lockset was causing us problems. I emailed them on Tuesday, and on Wednesday morning, Austin came out and fixed the issue in a very short time. The door works great, and the shed looks great. I'm very pleased with the product and with the service. A special thank you goes to Austin for taking care of our lock situation quickly and efficiently.

Excellent customer service.. installers, Tony and Austin were very knowledgeable of their product and went out of their way to ensure complete satisfaction with the shed install. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new shed style building!

Tyson and Tony are the professionals you can usually only hope to find! Tyson came out to a rural site to quote moving my 10’ x 18’ Tuff Shed to a new location and provided me with a quote same-day. Tony met me at the site a few weeks later to load the building onto a trailer and skillfully back it down a winding road to its new location. Smooth process all the way and I’m 100% satisfied!

The team that installed the shed did a great job. Everything else was extremely difficult - scheduling, customer service, etc. we purchased a keyless lock that has never locked and have reached out to customer service and called a handful of times and have never heard back. Customer service emails go unanswered and calls to the office get rerouted to someone to call you back, then they say someone will be by, scheduled a time and then no one shows up

Dominic Cash was very helpful at Tuff Shed main branch in Overland. I had a problem with my door latch, my first repair in over 11 years I might add!!! They were able to replace and explain how to install the new latch, down to telling me the bit to use on the install. I am extremely happy with my Tuff Shed and would recommend them to everyone. We had a terrible experience with Tuff Shed after hiring them to build our garage in Kirkwood, MO.
From the very beginning, the process was plagued with avoidable issues. Despite providing the city's architectural guidelines -- which clearly outlined key requirements on the very first page -- Tuff Shed failed to read and follow them. This oversight caused a 5-month delay in our project due to noncompliance with city codes.
Now that the garage is finally built, we're dealing with ongoing leaks from both the skylight and a window every time it rains. It's been over three months of this with no resolution. We've contacted Tuff Shed multiple times, and they continue to refuse to send anyone out to address the issue. To make matters worse, they've told us that if we hire someone else to fix it, our warranty will be voided, leaving us stuck with a faulty structure and no path forward.
This has been a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. We trusted Tuff Shed with a major investment on our property, and they've failed us in professionalism, communication, and basic workmanship.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Proceed with caution.

When we purchased our shed 7 years ago we were told by an agent that the will come and relocate the shed to a different area in our yard. We live in the city of StL and at the time we didn’t have a fence in to encase our shed in the desired location. We have alleys and people would typically cut through our yard, so we had it placed closer to the house. Fast forward to present, my neighbor recently purchased a Tuff Shed around Feb 2025 and was told the same thing. Now, we are working on our landscaping in our backyard and is in need of this added benefit, we made the phone call and was told this benefit is no longer available as of years ago. This was my only let down with Tuff Shed as my neighbor is also slightly irritated as they were told the same thing as a selling point and the service has been suspended for quite some time. Other than that, our shed has been very nice and has serve it’s purpose as aspected, I wish my husband bought a larger size as he need more room for his tools.

Your Tuff shed is a real good replacement. It's a good looking and strong building. The only problem is the door does not close properly. I think the 2X4 it closes against needs to be shaved back a little. Other than that, it's fantastic looking shed.

I’ve had an excellent A++ experience with toughshed STL. Every phone call I ‘ve made has been answered live or responded back to.
Excellent quality, technical ability, and service all around! Tom, Marty, Alejandro (Alex), Jose, Carlos, Tony, and Trevor.. very well done! This is the first time I’ve ever trusted a build to anyone outside of my friends and family. Consider my expectations met!
I 100% recommend this team to anyone / everyone!

Substandard subcontractors who did poor work that had to be corrected, stayed until 9 pm working in the dark while leaving multiple screws and nails in the yard after repeatedly telling them we had a dog. Wrong permit information, a screw in my tire, minimal compensation back. Extremely disappointed with this experience on my property. I would never recommend this business. It's dragged on for months and is still not resolved.
