I've had mostly decent service the few times that I've had to come into this branch for anything but on a Friday afternoon I came in to do a wire transfer. They said that they can't do a wire transfer after 3pm. Okay, normal bank weirdness. I asked very specifically if they do wire transfers on Saturday. They assured me that they do and that I could come back during their normal Saturday hours to complete the transaction. On Saturday I go in and guess what they tell me they can't do on Saturday. Take a guess.

~~~They don't care about you, they care about your money~~~I was double charged for a car payment and my account balance went negative.I went to this location 2 times (One time when payment was on pending) and the second with the intention of disputing the charge. I had to move over emergency money (tax money for Uber) to pay for my CHRISTMAS time bills. I won't get to get gifts for family. I won't get to do anything. The two bank tellers told me different information on how to handle this on each day.I have been a US bank customer for over 13 years. This is the ONLY checking account that I've ever had. US Bank Rep told me it could take up to 45 DAYS to get my money back. That's slower than the financial institution I got my car loan from would take.MY OWN BANK, WOULD TAKE LONGER TO GIVE ME MY MONEY, THAN A THIRD PARTY.A THIRD PARTY IS BETTER AT GETTING YOU YOUR MONEY THAN THIS BANK.It seems like I should leave this bank. Their tellers don't know the correct info anyway.

Very rude and clown employee pulls up on me and says we don't open until 9. I was like I'm about to use the ATM to deposit money and I'm trying to get my numbers together before I do with out being in people's way. He says well we can't have you on the lot before we open. As ignorant as that sounds he don't even believe that or have a policy in place to back that up. News flash sir , you do not own the parking lot. And if you're going to use the you didn't know who I was on your lot excuse ,I didn't know who you were pulling up on me either. That was equivalent to me going into a store to buy something and being followed . I wish I could give this zero stars because I've had more than one bad experience at this location . People are just rude and this is the reason why we have AI robots taking over jobs . And if it cuts down the rudeness I'm all for it

The teller that called us up first was very rude (not sure his name, thin guy), he said it was his last day there and that basically he didn’t really care to do anything. However I am leaving a 5 star review because Jacob is one of the nicest people I have met. He remembered my husband from before and was able to help us fix a complicated situation and waived any extra fee for us. He was very personable. He said that some people come from far away just to go to this particular location to do their business with him. I believe it. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer and is happy to be there. I have never met any other banker/teller with such a positive attitude like his.

Very very very bad! The second time my card is suspended, I can't use it. I don't know why this happened again! I'm desperate! The first time the card was blocked because I wanted to buy a gift on Amazon, the bank considered it a suspicious transaction, now I wanted to buy an item on Amazon again, and again the bank blocked the card!! Imaginewhat can happen if for some reason your card is blocked at the airport, and it will be night, you will be stuck in another city due to a "suspicious transaction" in Amazon, and no one will solve anything. I don't have the strength for those "Hotlines" and branch visits! I do not recommend this bank!

I took my dad to this bank because it is the closest. He had a cashier check from US bank and just wanted to deposit it in his account. The window teller was very unprofessional. Instead of addressing us correctly he said hey guys and continued to question the validity of the check. My dad gave him his ID, bank card and the letter that came with the check. He said he would have to investigate the check. This made us feel like he was accusing us of having a fake check. We took our business to another branch and had no problem depositing the check. He could of just called the number on the letter to confirm it. We not be coming back to this branch.

Oh where do I start?!?! I came in because getting a checking account was my very last resort on buying a house and ALMOST wasn’t going to be able to. They were only taking appointments but I explained my situation a little bit and Kevin went out of his way to help me with what I needed. I appreciate him sooo much! Definitely am so happy I went to that location and got the help that I needed at the last minute. Thanks so much Kevin for having such a big heart and helping me out!!!

Unhappy with teller service consisting of telling me to use the app, especially after riding over there on icy roads. Was unable to use app.
