Before, I went in and it was very ugly, lack of cleanliness, but between yesterday and it is very good, it has a different appearance, the store is clean, my order was very fast, I highly recommend it and I saw that, oh, Latinos, the service in Spanish is very good.

The absolute worst customer service, worst atmosphere, nothing but cussing and fighting from the employees rap music blaring over the phone lines. We got the wrong order they would not correct it wanted to just argue.

Great team work! Always nice when I walk in to pick up my order. They do a great job! My teens favorite place. We enjoy eating here often.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional establishment I've visited in a long time.The cursing at each other and name calling was absolutelyridiculous! I called my order of 6 Buffalo wings, fries, and a drink in at 10:16pm. By 11pm, I was over it. Those children are so rude and unprofessional. The young lady the manager called "light skin" forgot to put my order in after I had already been waiting 20 minutes. After I heard the manager say, "did you put Tayler order in?" I asked if they were just now putting my order in. The young lady said yes, with no remorse. I was so upset. I waited for an apology that never came. After 20 more minutes, I decided to leave. I will not give my money to people that treat me this way. There was only one person that was professional and helpful the whole time and her name was Felicia. I will never visit this establishment again and I encourage others not to as well. They have to learn to value their customers that keeps them employed.

It takes Wingstop in Overland an additional 45 minutes after telling me my order was ready for MY ORDER TO BE READY. Furthermore why would a worker think it's okay to mop under the table (wait for it) WHILE I'M SITTING AT SAID TABLE. My wait time was never acknowledged nor an apology given.

Lemon pepper chicken had a strong orange tasting flavor in the seasoning.. Hawaiian flavored chicken was good. Customer service was good.

Got my order completely wrong somehow, cashier acted as if she was braindead- soda machine was gross and out of everything but some diet coke couldn't even get the cashier lady's attention when basically yelling, they out here hiring people high on drugs

This wing-stop has good food but never answers the phone or will put you hold and never come back. And the inside always dirty. Even management a hot mess and they supposed to set the example. I hate this location wing Stop they suck. Called 10 times no answer. Wow!!!!! Do better wing stop!!!!!!!!

I ordered original hotwings and the hawaiian, but got boneless wings (barely drizzled in hot sauce) and mango habanero wings instead. And my fries were undercooked and soggy. When I called to get a refund, they told me it'd take 5-7 business days to process and didnt' even apologize for the poor order. Instead, they hung up on me after requesting the refund. Amazingly poor service, and I don't recommend anyone use this location at any point.
