I really like this bank. I've been to more than one of their branches and had a great experience in all of them. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I wish I could give them 5 stars, but unfortunately, in the techno world we live in, I find their online system is horrible. It's antiquated and very difficult to navigate. It's impracticable NOT user friendly. It's strange as a customer because everything from the buildings to the staff seem "state of the art" and "current" but not the online system. (ie: you can only see your acct history for 90 days) (You have to have 3 or 4 password-type info) This is why I give them 4 out of 5. I hope they catch-up soon.
