I just want to give kudos to Ron. My son and I went into the store last Saturday, April 6. I went in to purchase wiper blades for my Nissan Murano. Ron was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He even installed the wiper blades for me. I was impressed by how well his service was. We just want to be sure Ron gets recognition for his excellent service.

Unprofessional. Dishonest. An some of their employees will get an attitude when you confront them for not doing a simple task of ordering parts. Spent 4 days trying to get a door handle in. You call an order in parts an they dont order them. They will tell you" your part will be here by 9 am" thats a lie. They keep changing the time each time you call to ask if the part has arrived. I would not use this store. My advice to auto zone is to get educated employees that are respectful. Zero star's for me.

The guys behind the counter are so helpful. When our serpentine belt broke they sprung to action without hesitation. They printed out the belt path, got us the tools we needed and all but changed it for us. Within an hr I got the old one off and the new one swapped out. Thanks again fellas for all the help.
