This unit is owned by a conglomerate that owns hundreds of not THOUSANDS of storage units across the USA. Getting personal assistance is impossible.

I find it incredibly annoying, when calling the number, you are transferred to INDIA or God knows where. NO LOCAL SUPPORT??? Are there ANY storage facilities in Ozark that haven't farmed out their service? Pathetic.

Can’t get ahold of anyone to stop my service. Literally have called and sat in hold every day for about a week for it to never be picked up. Their automated service literally does nothing either. So I’m looking forward to getting scammed out of money since I can’t cancel my unit.

Hands down the best experience! We moved locally and Heartland has the best location options. Not only did they have great prices but also amazing customer service and personable folks. Heartland is our storage of choice and will be referring folks that need storage here.

There’s roughly a 10% rate increase every year. Currently paying about 65% more than what I started at 6 years ago for the same unit. Advertised rates for new customers have always been significantly less than what I’m actually paying at the time. I can only assume that if you stick around, then they will make you pay to do so. There’ve been minor issues over the years on their end with regards to billing and gate codes, but the experience of storing my stuff in their units has been fine as I have access to my stuff and my stuff has appeared untouched by anyone except myself and the countless spiders who aren’t helping with the rent.

From the time and I've started using the storage unit with heartland I have had no problems over the last year and a half or two living in my car that I don't know how to have having to stop at the unit at odd hours I have to say even though I don't like getting the 50 question grill from the local police I did appreciate as a at least way to stop to check me out adding security to an already secured location makes me feel that much more comfortable having a nice day with the heartland storage than anybody else. Folks that have been working with at the heartland I've been lenient and very understanding with me in regards to my payments being that I'm on disability and everybody that I have spoke with has been nothing but the utmost respectful and the most polite and speak to me as if we're long time friends and I so truly appreciate being treated like a human being and a friend other than just another client with a number and a paycheck thank you heartland storage and all of your personal I will make sure that in the future should I need any other storage I'll come to heartland storage first before anybody else

I had used this storage facility over 12 years ago for a few months while waiting for our home to close so we could move in. I used it again about 7 years ago when we needed some extra storage. I unexpectedly needed to move for the purpose of a family emergency knowing I would need storage for a year or two. I felt I could trust them again. It has been about 14 months and I have had two price increases. This is so disappointng. I could understand an occasional increase but two increases within 6 months of each other. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to move my stuff out for another few months and will pay the increased amount. Watch your fine print in the contract.
