Ive had units there for years. They are clean and critter free! And the staff has been wonderful to work with whenever a question or concern arises they are FAST to respond. Highly recommend.

***Conclusion of my experience with this business. ***
After I called Lynn out on the information she is giving not being the same as what I had previously been told by her, she suddenly recalled that my former roommate who was court ordered to give me access to my property being held in the 2 units previously rented is the one who has now rented a 3rd unit. After having to return back to the storage facility the day after I was just there from out of town, to pick up another key that was lied about by the renter in court the day before, I had to have the Ozark Police Dept. come to the storage facility when I opened the mystery unit beings there had already been a Police report filed for the theft of my motorcycle and thousands of dollars of my missing property from the original 2 units.
When I opened the 3rd unit, the only thing in it was my missing Harley Davidson.
I was thrilled to say the least that my bike was recovered.
I have since moved what property wasn't stolen, to a different storage facility and there's an investigation regarding the rest of my stolen property. The owner of C & C Storage, Emmett, did call me and apologize that his employee lied to me about not knowing who she rented the 3rd storage unit to that had part of my stolen property in it.
I was still expected to pay for my property being held at this facility against my wishes as well as against a court order to be allowed to get what was left in the units out.
My hope is by sharing my experience with this business, it will save others from going through what I am. The fact this facility has an elaborate security camera system and can see who and what goes on at all times on their property, yet refused be of help to see who had taken a motorcycle and several new appliances against a court order, and also chose to lie about knowing who rented the mystery unit containing part of the stolen items speaks loudly for the integrity of this businesses owner and staff.
Unfortunately the rating system doesn't let you give any less than 1 star or I definitely would!

When I suddenly had to move unexpectedly, I found myself renting at C&C Storage. Both the manager Allen and the female leasing agent in the office were amazing. They got me a 10×20 drive up storage, with 24 hour access and electricity.This was truly a life-saver for my mental health. I came to rent with them during a time in my life when everything seemed to be falling apart.Allen is dedicated to the security of his facility and he checked in with ne on a couple occasions to ensure my satisfaction with renting at C&C. I am confident he never has an unhappy client in dsgards to anything within his control.The ability to access my storage at night gave me the opportunity to sort through my belongings and thin out some of my unnecessary clutter, so that I could decide what to keep, sell, or give qway to someone else in need.I truly received 5 star service and should I ever need storage solutions again, C&C will be my first choice.Thank you so much for securing my belongings while I wodked insorting out the chaos that was my life at the time.
