The car was not what I was supposed to get first off. Then I couldn't even drive it because they wouldn't take my debit card and had to put it in my sister's name and they wanted to charge me extra to drive when the rental was for an insurance claim. They wouldn't even bring the car to us. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

These guys were so helpful when I had my accident. They even dropped me off after returning my vehicle to them. I'm in ozark and they were the only ones available from here to there with a vehicle after Thanksgiving. Can't express enough how sweet the ladies behind the counter were. Thank you for making such a difficult time a little easier

RUDE! Under new management. And no car!! I reserved a car here and I went in to double check my reservation a couple days in advance to make sure it would be ready for me a couple days later to find that they did not have a car ready and the pickup time had been changed to their default time. The manager was the one helping me. She was a mess, did not introduce herself so I didn't get a name and she was EXTREMELY Rude. I asked if she could help me out with the situation and she became more rude. She had a couple days to resolve the situation since I always check a couple days ahead and she said she couldn't. But she could call me if something changed. Tatum at Enterprise South Campbell in Springfield was very nice and I was out in minutes.

My husband and I have rented from this location on four separate occasions. Not once have they had the car type we’ve reserved. It’s absolutely unacceptable. What’s the point of having a location for “convenient” use if you can’t get the car you need? They have lots of cars on the lot, but won’t give you the one you reserved. Doesn’t really make much sense. At this point we’d rather drive to the airport for better service and better cars.

The Enterprise location in Ozark is simply the best in southern Missouri or northwest Arkansas. I've rented and returned vehicles a few times here now and they are always quick and friendly. No hard upsell on amenities or insurance, but they do point out advantages and conveniences. A good selection of vehicles and the process has never taken more than 5 minutes to get checked in or checked out. Will definitely continue to use Enterprise and this office!

My wife and I were on our way from the Springfield airport to Branson, when we stopped off the highway to get a Starbucks and I thought, maybe I better double check to make sure there were no scuffs on the car. As I inspected it I did notice there was a scuff on the bumper and a minor dent on the door. I called the airport Enterprise and they wanted me to come back to inspect it. It so happened there was an Enterprise near where we stopped. They said they weren't able to access their system but Kaitlyn said she could text the manager to see if they can check if it was documented. We got a call from Josh and he said it was documented which was such a relief. So I wanted to recognize Kaitlyn for saving us the trip back to the airport. She went above and beyond and it allowed us to resume our route to Branson without delay.

Best Enterprise office for a 300 mile radius! Caitlyn and the staff here get it done quickly and conveniently for me, I'm a frequent renter for my business and I really appreciate how they handle business. A+ will always be back !

I had a wonderful experience at this enterprise location. They did pick up and drop off at the body repair shop, all of the staff were kind, friendly, and professional. The rental car was perfect for my needs, getting me in and out of there in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this location and will be using them for my rental needs in the future.

I picked up my rental car on 8-17-23. I had been upgraded fom an Economy/compact car to a bright red Dodge Charger. It was beautiful of course if not practical.I proceeded on my trip which lasted exactly 30 minutes before the car started making loud,horrid sounds.My trip ended with a tow truck and not being able to takemy elderly Father to a vitally important doctor appointment. Not once did anyone from this company apologize or offer compensation for the inconvenience they caused my Father or myself.Beware and insist on driving your rental car before you take off on your trip. This was a very bad experience for us.

I've been a customer of Enterprise for several years. Both as a private consumer, as well as a professional fleet manager for a large company. From either perspective, Enterprise has always done their best to provide me with the right vehicle at the right price...on my schedule. Life happens and things aren't always perfect, but when they aren't, Enterprise takes the proactive stance to make sure it is resolved to the best of their ability.

We used this location after totaling our car on a cross country trip (we are not local to MO). We arrived stressed because we had just wrecked our car. They were very kind working with us to obtain a one way rental. Simon Elfrink made several phone calls for us. Joel Frias-Cabral clarified that we could have a one-way rental because we’d been in an accident. Joel helped lower the one-way drop off fee. Another employee let me use his phone charger. They were very kind and helpful to us during a very stressful time. I recommend this location!
