The first vehicle I brought to JK's was my Dodge charger. I brought it in because it was running rough, and the A/C was not working.
They charged the A/C system with freon and acted like it would be good to go, failing to mention that the freon might leak out and I'd be in the same boat the following week. (The next shop put dye in the line so they could find out where it was leaking, which I felt was a better plan.)
They also diagnosed my Charger with a cracked intake manifold, a very costly repair. I almost had them replace it, but ultimately decided to get a second opinion. It ended up being an 02 sensor.
The next vehicle I brought to them was my Honda CR-V, which needed bearings replaced, which I provided the replacement for. At this point I was skeptical of their integrity, but it was a straightforward job and they were within walking distance of my home at the time.
While replacing the bearings, they alerted me that my breaks were going bad and quoted me to replace the pads and rotors. Unfortunately for them, my uncle had just replaced the rotors a few months prior so I knew for sure they were trying to unnecessarily upsell me.
I will never trust this shop again, and felt the need to leave this review to warn others so they won't get scammed!

The team at JK's are among the best auto repair teams I've ever dealt with. Every time we've had to drop off a vehicle they've been professional, quick, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process.
I've never had reason to doubt the team's integrity, honesty or capability. What JK's says they'll do, they'll do. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area that needs help (and I have).

Very expensive place to use and will tell you that you need all kinds of repairs when in fact you don't. They talk bad about all of the other mechanic shops in town when in fact this is the worst one to go to!! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Traveling through with my family and thought we needed a new battery. Stopped at O’Reilly and they told us it was the alternator. We went to JKs and the amazing mechanic tested our battery and confirmed it was in fact the battery and not the alternator. So thankful for a super honest and reliable mechanic who could have charged us a ton to fix something that wasn’t broken but instead extended kindness to a non resident passing through. Highly recommend!!!!

I went here to see what the cost of replacing my window power switch would be. They asked to take a look at my car and I told them yes. When they came back, they told me they were trying to figure out how to put my car window back up, and that the replacement would cost around $270.
When I told them that seemed expensive, they told me that the part itself cost $72 at AutoZone, and that there was only one of those parts left in production. I had looked up the part online before coming into the shop since I knew what needed fixed and it was listed at $46 at AutoZone, so that was blatantly untrue.
Then, when I said I didn't think I wanted to go ahead and get it fixed there, they told me the diagnosis would be about $75 dollars. I was very confused, since I had come in with the knowledge of what was wrong with my vehicle and hadn't needed a diagnosis.
Additionally, diagnosis usually takes hours, not thirty minutes. All they did was put my car window down and then struggle to put it back up. I told them I didn't think that was a fair price, but they didn't listen. It was only when my sister, who works at a car dealership, spoke to them, that they agreed to drop the cost to $33. I agreed because I just wanted to leave and be done with it.
I ended up buying the part from AutoZone and fixing it myself, costing me a total of $55.

We went in to see how much a diagnosis would be. They said between $30-$70 but no more than $70. After they diagnosed it, they charged $121.? very sad we were lied to and charged more than told. We will not be back.
