Went in to get battery changed out, the younger guy who helped me out was very knowledgeable and professional. I asked if he could switch it out for me as I'd be out of town and he did it, with no questions asked. Much appreciated!

I came in early this morning and got windshield wipers and headlight bulbs because I was trying to get my car inspected...I'm not very handy ...the guy who was working installed both of them for me in less than ten minutes ..I would probably still be there lol ..thank you I passed my inspection

I am from out of town and had a mechanical issue. Zach was awesome! He diagnosed my issue and even put the parts on so I would not be stranded miles from home. I couldn't imagine getting better service.

Riley helped replace a battery and was able to diagnose the issue as an auxiliary battery when the car still had a warning light. He put in a lot of work and saved me a bunch of money

I so wanted to give 5 stars. I started at Kragen Auto on the west coast in 1962. My manager taught me so much more than just auto parts. I know the environment has changed but computer skills alone does not a parts man make. Anyone can sell a part. But that's only part of the story. Just sayin'.
