I am not on a meter, so I just order when I need it through the app. After your order is placed it usually takes a couple of days for delivery, but they always show up when expected. “Have been a customer for 14+ years and have never had any complaints. But yesterday.... I am even further away from even complaining! We are currently on day 4 of the big 2025 mass power outage and have a Generac propane generator. CU said it was going to be a few more days for us and our propane was getting low. These guys came out the very next day for us to survive the weekend! Such wonderful customer service! They were so incredibly kind and the price wasn't horrible either! Happy customer here that my freezer full of meat won't go to waste and we have water! Thank you MFA!”

Donna is always kind on the phone and any time I’ve forgotten to get propane scheduled their turnaround is always quick! I would highly recommend them. Every driver we’ve had is super friendly and considerate. Very honest people!”
