I was in town for a funeral and had a rough stay here. I arrived late the first night and before crawling into one of the two queen beds found something crusted on the duvet and sheets. Crusted — not stained. It looked like boogers. The coverlet had oil stains. I moved over to the other bed, which was somewhat cleaner, saved for a stained pillow. As it was late and I’d driven all day I just decided to deal for the night.The next day I found my linens hadn’t been replaced and the other duvet had something on it. When went down I asked the desk to explain the issue and request for new bedding they gave me sheets and a pillow cases (no duvet) and staff said something like “we’re all human, we make mistakes.” Which, yes but clean bedding feels like the bare minimum. I remade the bed myself and struggled to sleep, feeling icked out. The shower had mold, and one outlet was broken.Older hotels with old fixtures are not a problem for me, this place was just dirty and not maintained. In this instance someone else had booked and paid for this room and I didn’t have the option to leave or change hotels. Needless to say, do not recommend.

It's a decent stay for a few nights buy Nothing to get excited about. And if you check out early your still getting charged 50% of charges. So don't think your saving none.Rooms: Rooms need updated

An okay stay. The hotel had a bummer start. First room I got was not cleaned at at. The second room toilet was not flushed and I could not get the direct TV to turn on because someone turned the box off. Other than that it was a pleasant overnight stay.Food & drinks: Okay I guess. The biscuits were hard as hell and would of been nice to have sausages or potatoes bites. A somewhat of a hot breakfast only because of the eggs and waffles. I was disappointed but not too upset about the breakfast.

I wish that I could give negative stars, but I guess the one star can go for the clean bathtub. My husband and I checked in on 9/16/23 for one night. We paid for the room upon checking in, we got upstairs, and the keys didn't work, a small inconvenience, but it was quickly rectified. We go out for a nice evening at a place that we love that's nearby. We return exhausted from our drive up and our evening, so we go to sleep only to be awakened by someone trying to enter our room with a key. Luckily, I put the top latch on so they couldn't come in. My husband yelled, "Wrong room. Whomever it was apologized and left. About 10-15 minutes later, which is midnight, we get a call from the guy at the front desk saying that we haven't paid for our room, which we had and that we weren't in the right room which we were in the room assigned to us by the owner. I did see the front desk guy outside a little earlier smoking and I'm not sure what he was smoking, but it had to be something special to affect his brain cells, giving people keys to our room and calling our room at midnight making ridiculous accusations. Well needless to say I spoke with the owner the next morning about what happened and not only did she not offer one apology she made excuses for the employee saying that maybe he was sleepy and a bit tired. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR THIS BEHAVIOR!!! I was in shock, and maybe that was because of how sleepy and tired I was from being awakened multiple times because of her incompetent employee. If you want somewhere safe to stay and get a good night's sleep, go somewhere else.Safety: Sucked terribly.Noteworthy details: The owner is horrible.

Not kid friendly! I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old and got yelled at that my kids where being loud and playing! They were just crawling on the floor laughing.We weren't even in our rooms for 5 minutes before this happened. If you're so worried about noise, why put people with kids on the 2nd floor and not the 1st/main floor?

We staid one night. In fact, we're still here until we check out today at 11 pm.Everything was nice. The hotel had just been cleaned so everything smelled good. The woman at the front desk was nice.We would definitely stay again. We enjoyed our stay.Rooms: Our room was freshly cleaned and everything looked nice.Nearby activities: The highway is just right there to go towards Springfield or Branson. There are several antique stores within walking distance from the hotel.Food & drinks: Right across the highway is a McDonald's and if you look in the strip next to Chambers, there's a whole in the wall pizza place.

Say mediocre would be to lie, when we checked in the lobby was nice and cool. When we got up to the room, the room was literally 127°F. No lie! Call the front desk and the jack wagon at the front desk said the city doesn’t allow them to run the AC in rooms that are not occupied. WTAF does this guy really think we believe

Everything was nice, but they put too much clarifier in the water, leaving a blue fog in the pool and Hot tub. My family and I played in it and ended up sneezing and coughing. My niece got a rash on her face and chest. Coughing to the point of almost throwing up.

The location of the hotel was great. The room needs updated and cleaned. The front staff was nice and helpful. The side door required a hotel key to enter but it was broken so there is a safety issue that needs to be addressed.

The front desk folks were friendly, helped with dining suggestions and kept the lobby coffee pot full at all hours. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay there again, when business brings me back into town.

Not worth it. The room itself was good, but nothing else. The lady at the desk took about 20 minutes to come help us. No elevator made carrying luggage upstairs very inconvenient. The toilet wouldn’t flush for five minutes. Not ‘quality inn’, ‘LOW quality inn’.

Got the king suite for the night with my wife and baby, only to wake up the next morning with ants covering the bathroom. All over our toothbrushes and toiletries. They seemed unfazed when I told them about it and gave us a can of bug spray to deal with it ourselves. Canceled the room for the next night and stayed somewhere else.

I stayed at this business August 19-22nd. It is un new management since my last stay there. The host was rude from day one. I had to get my room card recharged everyday.I was followed back to my room by the other manager. When I went to the lobby the female manager had a sign on the counter fining anyone with a dog $100. I explained he is my service dog and she demanded papers to prove it. She then stated she would charge me $20 daily. When I checked out I asked for a detailed receipt and was given a sheet with no details showing a zero balance. They took $85 from my bank card. I am sure they are in violation of the American with disabilities act. Never will I stay there again!
