“Charlotte had the absolute best customer service skills ever! I've dealt with several storage companies over the years and she made this very easy for me! I highly recommend Heartland Storage!”
“This storage unit meets all requirements. From its reasonable price to its distance to my residence, to the knowledgeable staff, it fits all my needs. I highly recommend Pack-N-Stack Mini Storage.
P.S. A big shout out to Derric for being extra patient with me on the phone. Also, my unit was spotless inside and by the way, you left your broom in my unit. Next time I’m there, I’ll return it to you, lol.”
“Ive had units there for years. They are clean and critter free! And the staff has been wonderful to work with whenever a question or concern arises they are FAST to respond. Highly recommend.”
“Great and easy to find location! They are always so friendly and happy to help! Not to mention it was super easy to started. They came recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to the next person!”

“Sharm was fantastic! I was worried about the bill being doubled and she helped (with the help of her manager) to get my price to a more reasonable amount. Thanks again!!”

“I have been renting a unit for 5 years. While some of the furniture didn't withstand the temperatures over the years most did and the owner is one of the nicest honest person I could meet.”
“Wow! Absolutely the best customer service! Danielle was so patient, kind and very knowledgeable of all the information! She walked me through all the paperwork needed and made sure to explain and notate everything I needed to know! I was very impressed with her and am looking forward to using their facility!”
“I recommend 10+ stars!! Customer service was excellent!! They cared about me and how I understood each piece of information as well as supplying me with any answers to all the questions I had. Additionally, they do not force you into anything but let you hold a unit for free so you can go check it out yourself beforehand to make sure it is what works best for you!! I really cannot say enough things about this company!!”
“The people that work there every nice and very helpful. Any problem that you have they will fix it right away including try to put you into another storage space. I'm so glad that I chose this storage facility”
“My brother in another state passed away and I needed storage fast, close, and not too expensive since it was an unexpected need. Heartland Storage checked all my boxes. Their lot is clean, the unit was clean and it's easy in and easy out. Look how large the storage unit is. I would recommend Heartland Storage and use them again if needed.
It's been a year and I have moved my brother's stuff to the deck we just had completed, since I temporarily stored his furniture. I am so glad we used Heartland storage, I always felt safe using one of the Ozark units. (They have two in Ozark)”
“Always had a great experience with the owner and staff of this facility. It’s a clean and well maintained property. Highly recommend for all your storage needs! They have units for every budget.”
