“Words don’t do enough justice for this company. From Mr Russell’s customer service to Mr Tom’s mechanical and electronic knowledge. Mr Russell was 12/10 on keeping me updated, informed, and in the loop on what was wrong with my truck. Even went out of his way to contact my 3rd party warranty I had purchased when I bought my vehicle. This isn’t one of those shops that tell you everything under the sun is wrong with your vehicle to try and get you to spend more money. He told me what my initial issue was, and told me what some other things were that I should be aware of, but he didn’t pressure me into having those fixed at all (Even provided pictures.) Mr Tom definitely knows the ins and out of vehicles. For sure what I would call a seasoned vet in that line of work. Very informative on what could’ve caused what was wrong with my vehicle. Over the moon satisfied. 15/10 with this shop. I’d recommend anyone and everyone to them.”

Everyone there was so kind and efficient, they gave me a detailed report of the issues I was having that included demo videos showing what parts they would replace and the functions of those parts! I've never had an auto shop do that and it was so reassuring and helpful, I will definitely be going back to Campbell Automotive!”
“Brought my truck to Andy and Tina to have my head gaskets and timing chain replaced. They told me it would take a week to complete but unfortunately the employee who was tasked to complete the job was one his last week working for them and didn’t get the job before his last day. This created an absolute nightmare for Andy and Tina to deal with. They worked extremely hard to get the project done and although it took a lot longer to get done they went above and beyond my expectations to make it right for me. Very proud of how they handle the situation and I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back to them in the future! Thank Andy for the blood sweat and tears that went into getting my truck back on the road!”

No crazy upselling or un-ending lists of 500 other things wrong with your car. They are honest, hardworking, and easy to work with. “Needed to have the engine replaced in my Ram 2500 6.4 Hemi. From the first phone call to Tyler I knew I chose the right shop. The communication every step of the way has been awesome. They researched to give me several different options for the new engine. Although this was an unexpected repair while my wife and I were on vacation, these guys made it as painless as possible. Big shout out to Lee, Tyler, and Aaron! The caring and integrity I found in these guys is unheard of in so many shops these days. 10 stars if I could!”
