Tracking details states arrived in Ozark on 8-8-24 @4:25am. Sent to Cassville on 8-8-24 arrived @6:18am. WHY was my package sent to Cassville when you had it in Ozark???

Left my package in the wrong parcel locker and someone else took it and hasn’t given it to me. Then a few days ago left my dad’s package at a completely different house. Your mail people aren’t caring where they put peoples mail.

We have the “Informed Delivery” app on our home computer so that we now know what SHOULD be delivered to our address on any given day. Quite often we do not receive the mail that is posted on our informed delivery app. Mostly it will just be “junk mail” or “flyers” missing but it makes me wonder how much IMPORTANT mail we have missed (not been delivered) over the months and years before we added this app to track our mail and how much has been delivered to a different address. Our name and number is CLEARLY posted on the mailbox so how we can get someone else’s mail or not get our mail is simply beyond me. On occasions we get other peoples mail so it stands to reason that someone else is getting our mail on occasion. Today my app shows an IMPORTANT piece of mail from the Social Security office that is time sensitive. Wether I get this delivered today or next week or not at all or if someone else gets it are all possibilities as all theses things have happened before. I’m not sure what the “fix” is to get this post office to operate correctly and efficiently but whatever they are doing/trying OBVIOUSLY isn’t working. I have lived many places in my lifetime and mail service in Ozark Missouri is BY FAR the worst I have ever had.

Our Post office in Ozark is my favorite Post office we’ve ever had in any City we’ve lived in. They really care for the community, very Personable and kind. If a package goes missing, which is not often if ever, they jump on it to find it and get it to you quickly. They have called me personally to make sure this has happened and have given me updates. Also, when in the office they are patient and so very nice. I am truly blessed by every worker our communities post office!

Went here to get our passports for the first time in July for our honeymoon. The guy did not tell me that you cannot have your prescription glasses on in your passport photo so I got a note in the mail telling me to mail in a new picture without glasses or a doctor's note. So I did both and paid $30 to overnight it. It has now been over a month, I leave for my honeymoon this Saturday and still do not have it. I spoke to other post offices and they said nothing but disappointing statements about this place now I know why.

We live in a new subdivision but receive mail and packages from all stores and shipping companies. The only issue we have is with USPS carrier . He can’t deliver it and keep sending it back. Packages came all the way from China to Ozark post office and can not be delivered 0.5 of the mile to my house.
