Been in the store several times in the past 3 weeks. All for the same purchase with the same salesperson Emmett. Each time he has made me feel uneducated on phones making it very uncomfortable. Sorry not all customers are not up to date with your phone terminology but please next time customer asks what that means treat them with a little respect not like they are a waste of your time. Oh and when a customer asks you for a receipt, please don't tell them your conserving paper.

Pressured to join Verizon pay monthly....and received a A53 Samsung. Cell phone bill more than doubled monthly and other than a phone with more storage for half price....I don't see much difference...except monthly bill went from 43.74(AT&T)to 97.62 (Verizon)

Our experience with the phone part was great. But, got talked into a tablet that we paid sales tax on & have yet to receive. Everytime we call the store they don't show one for us.

Emmett provided great customer service! He was patient and kind, and he even took time to personally encourage me in my cancer battle. That meant a lot! Even though I was there for small purchases, Emmett treated me like I was a valuable customer.

Gino was amazing. He was the only one working the day I got my new iPhone. He took care of two customers at a time and made each one of us feel important to Verizon. He was very busy but he never lost his composure and answered everyone’s questions. Gino is so knowledgeable about all the phones and products for sale in this Verizon store.

3:30pm. Sunday 3/5/23. Walked in and Emmet was the only person working. He had an activation at the counter, another person in front of us waiting to pay his phone bill. After he got him squared away it was our turn. We asked to buy the pro max 128GB and he said he didn’t have one. He faked a phone call to Rob at the East Battlefield location and pretends like Rob said no. We get turned away (they close in 90 minutes why would he want to help us?) Keep in mind we’ve bought probably $5,000 worth of stuff from him personally. Who cares. We call 1800 number. They tell us that the East Battlefield location has 7 of them in the 128GB. What a surprise. We go see Rob at East Battlefield who tells us that EMMET HAD 5 of them exactly what we asked for. Waste of time, we’ll just go to the different location from now on.

Incredible customer service. Jim made sure to explain the new phone to me and take his time answering my questions.
