I had an appointment at 6:45 p.m. to get a flu shot that I was not excited to get because I'm afraid of needles but I had to get it or I was told I was going to get fired from my work. I showed up at 6:40 and did not receive my flu shot until 7: 30, not mentioning the 6:45 appointment again. But this did give me hella time to check out all the fish oil pills and the vast variety of prophylactics that Walgreens offers.

I always seem to have issues at this Walgreens. They say my prescription will be ready, I show up and it's not ready. I've made multiple unnecessary trips to this place.

Terrible service, Er sent rx at 3pm on friday,was not ready Friday 5pm, went back 5pm Saturday, still not ready! Last straw moving on!! Called to understand and was just told it's ready no sorry

Filled my grandson's prescription incorrectly (wrong mg). Of course the rude associate on the phone said it was our fault. I have requested several times they take the old prescription out and update it with the new mgs, but apparently that isn't doable. My husband went there for an antibiotic and they gave him others that were ready so he didn't know what to check for and rather than hold up the line and call home he took the word of the pharmacy. He had sat in line for 20 min and the cars were around the corner waiting. We will be transferring everything for our family to Lawrence Drug or Escripts. I'm so done with the rudeness and incompetence.

Walgreens for some reason don't deliver and they did not use my medical insurance. They did give a AARP discount of of $3.00. I took my business to Hixson Pharmacy. They figured my stuff quickly. Thank you Hixson Pharmacy.

I called about 5 times trying to get through. When i finally spoke to somebody about the FREE FLU SHOT no appointment was needed. I drove to Walgreens for my shot. FLU SHOTS ARE NOT FREE if you don't have insurance. So Although they advertise as such, they are only free if yiu HAVE INSURANCE!! NO INSURANCE -NOT FREE. they want $45. wow what jerks. Check with your local health department.

I switch from Walmart to Walgreens yesterday...not needing any of my prescriptions refilled at this time. However, already regretting the switch and I haven't filled a prescription YET!!. To get to talk to anyone you have to be processed through their automation phone information, and then you still get to hear a recording of how you will talk to pharmacist soon because that is done in order of received or long you can willing to wait on hold;.....so its 5-minute due process. The automation is done for pharmacy convenience but has zero to non for the poor smock trying to fill or refill a prescription. OMG, I BELIEVE CHANGING IS GOING TO BE NIGHTMARE AND A HUGE MISTAKE! I love the indoor staff. They are great. The pharmacy is awful and takes forever. They also rarely have the medication that needs to be filled.
