Half of equipment doesn’t work in majority stalls, some won’t even read your card and you can’t use them. Out of soap all the time. Pretty much any other car wash is 10x better. Tried to wash my truck last night and not a single stall read my card so I went to beacon west. Beacon west is much better

I have never wrote a bad review but this place is terrible. I have never came and had everything work, something is always broken. I don’t know if the owners ever plan on fixing anything. An entire bay has been broken for like a year and the foam is always out or broken. Also the shampoo is always broken on the vacuums. Literally go anywhere else. Personally i’m calling for a boycott because I'm praying on their downfall. I’m such a hater I would leave a one star if that was an option.

3-in-1 combo does not work. I went to both machines after putting $3 into the first one and not getting any foam, I went to the other one and the same thing happened. Needs to have an out of order sign or people will keep losing money

Brushless was important for my car. Got the deluxe wash. No residue of dirt remained. The complete deluxe selection was $12. Even dried my vehicle. Definitely will be back

I gave 3 stars because and don't get me wrong I like the place just seems everytime I've been there something hasn't worked from the soft brush to the hand held dryer that a couple times either hardly blew out air to 2day washed car turnd the knob to air dryer and it came on in other bay turned it of it went off in other bay did it a few times to see just irritating put extra money in just to dry my car and it didn't work

Place has severely gone downhill. Every stall has some form of broken equipment, so you will always end up with a mediocre wash. On top of that the owners are extremely rude. If you ask for a refund they will do everything to prevent giving one. I used to enjoy it when everything worked correctly and I could actually wash my car properly!

Vacuum made my car stink but the price Is fair and there are plenty of different types of brushes and hoses to chose from. A little confusing

After multiple visits, each experience has been good. Bays seem to be kept up and decent amout of soap product from the spray wand and brush - which most car washes short you on. Will continue to return.

This is a great self-serve car wash. It's very affordable compared to most of them. The only little complaint would be that sometimes they run out of some soaps. For the most part,it is well stocked. It's a great place to wash your vehicle and maybe see a train go by.

Locations are poorly maintained. The phone app is clunky. It can't even tell you an auto wash is down untill you pull up and try with the app. The wax is ok but the protection is weak at best. Doesn't last a week.
