Bought my 2nd car from Burts today. Brads upfront about everything and doesn't steer you wrong. He'll even help ya out if somethings wrong after you take it off the lot. Highly recommend them if you're looking to buy a reliable used vehicle.

NEVER buy a car from here literally go anywhere else but this place sleeziest car lot I've ever seen. I bought a kia sorento from here and the owner told me it was his realtor neighbors who "just needed to get a new car" he said it ran good, air blew cold and I took it for a test drive and decided to buy it. A month later I was driving on 44 and it overheated and when we came back to get it the next morning the coolant hose had burst and there was a weird colored antifreeze everywhere. We took it to 2 different shops and they both said that someone had put stop leak in the car so they knew something was wrong when they sold it to me and the head gasket had blew. The sunroof also stopped working after a month and it looks like they just covered it in lube to make sure it worked whenever they sold it. When we called to tell Brad, the owner, what was going on he said he offered me a warranty but I had two people with me whenever I bought the car and he never offered me a warranty I would have taken it if he had because I'm not stupid. So after buying a $9,000 car I now have to spend $3,000 to fix this problem its completely ruined my trust in anyone in this industry and has set me back monetarily by more money than I even have. Please spare yourself the heartbreak and do not give this man your money.

Just left there, arrived with intent to make a cash deal on a particular white 4x4 GMC however due to the Incompetent sales man who refused to assist as I asked him to, I could no longer stand in the presence of such ignorance. Never mind the fact this Vehicle had recently had it’s driver side rear frame repaired with thin SHEET metal as you can see behind the tire on the bottom of the frame and the rear body mount has failed as well. Also looks like a possible rear main seal and other drips in the front as it looked like fresh oil on the ground. I had already known about those things when I arrived to make said deal. I might come back if someone else could show me the vehicle instead that incompetent person, I don’t even want to hear or see him or any excuses about it or him.

Refuses to negotiate prices, what the sticker price is, is the price they want. I looked a truck on their lot, the exhaust manifold had a bolt broken off in the engine block, but the salesman assured the truck came with passing safety and emissions inspection without that bolt being replaced. I had a friend who is a certified state inspector with me, and we both knew immediately that this was shady illegal business.

I bought a Chevy cobalt from this place in April 2022. The owner was very nice and didn't pressure me. I drive this car 60 miles everyday to and from work and have never had a problem. It just passed safety and emissions again with no work done on it. I would definitely do business here again. It's been a year and a half since I purchased the car and I am still just as impressed by it as I was pulling off the lot!

This place is full of salvage titles. Which will make it impossible to get a loan. And of course you won't get full coverage. He won't tell you this until you test drive it. Oil was black in the car I drove. No detailing is done here. Melted candle in trunk. He's a nice enough many with a barking dog. But I wouldn't do business with him.

My daughter and I drove a couple vehicles here. We were looking to replace her car. The owner was very patient and non pushy. We found what we liked for the price we liked and took the vehicle home later that day! She loves the SUV, I have peace of mind and feel like we received a fair deal. All in all it was a pleasant experience.
