Not a whole lot of selection and what they did have was very expensive. $5.49 for a bag of sugar. Six something for a small thing of coffee creamer. No self checkout so I couldn't decide for myself which of my rewards I wanted to use because I couldn't see them.

This place is horrible they can't even do what they are supposed to do. Tryed to charge me 100$ for a prescription that only cost $10. But then Said they have a coupon and then sell it to me for 15$. This is what wrong with the world these big med stores need to be stoped.

I went in to get my Covid vaccine. The sign outside said walkins welcome. No one was waiting in the pharmacy area or getting a vaccination. The pharmacist said I had to make an appointment on line. She didn't say their appointment schedule was full. I got online and made an appointment for 2 h later. I told her that if walkins are not welcome take down the sign. It was a very unfriendly visit.

It so nice to walk in and get exceptionally great customer service. I had a few questions finding items I needed. Peggy was attentive and knowledgeable on what I was looking for. The staff of always kind and helpful.

Pharmacy is chronically understaffed which is not necessarily their fault however it has provided a massive barrier to getting my medications. I will get a text that my medications are ready then go wait in a line almost out the door that leads to the pharmacy that takes an hour or sit in my car in the drive thru if it is open after work for an hour…as soon as I am done with refills from this location I am transferring them to another pharmacy.. Also some of the newer or different techs have scared me a little as they will say an incorrect dose or strength or quantity and I have to correct them. I think everyone there is trying hard but it is clearly not working and I would recommend everyone transfer medications to the Medicine Shoppe next door if your insurance carries it, Wal Mart in Eureka, or Walgreens in Eureka. Nothing against the people working there it is just an all around bad situation if you need to get your medication in a timely manner. Also watch your refill dates, and stay on top as the CVS app doesn’t seem to work. Always shows prescription in process. It is a shame since it is the main pharmacy in town but if they can’t run it due to lack of people…

My husband and I both needed Covid and flu shots. We made two trips into their store in Pacific Mo. They kept saying come back in several days never got the shots. Went to Walmart got an appointment that very day.

Use to be good, Drive- thru is never open anymore and half the time they have no idea when your prescription will be ready.
