Pharmacy is chronically understaffed which is not necessarily their fault however it has provided a massive barrier to getting my medications. I will get a text that my medications are ready then go wait in a line almost out the door that leads to the pharmacy that takes an hour or sit in my car in the drive thru if it is open after work for an hour…as soon as I am done with refills from this location I am transferring them to another pharmacy.. Also some of the newer or different techs have scared me a little as they will say an incorrect dose or strength or quantity and I have to correct them. I think everyone there is trying hard but it is clearly not working and I would recommend everyone transfer medications to the Medicine Shoppe next door if your insurance carries it, Wal Mart in Eureka, or Walgreens in Eureka. Nothing against the people working there it is just an all around bad situation if you need to get your medication in a timely manner. Also watch your refill dates, and stay on top as the CVS app doesn’t seem to work. Always shows prescription in process. It is a shame since it is the main pharmacy in town but if they can’t run it due to lack of people…

My husband and I both needed Covid and flu shots. We made two trips into their store in Pacific Mo. They kept saying come back in several days never got the shots. Went to Walmart got an appointment that very day.

Use to be good, Drive- thru is never open anymore and half the time they have no idea when your prescription will be ready.

My wife is currently at home after an outpatient surgery. Her pain medication has worn off. CVS has had the prescription since 11a. I am in the parking lot and it's approaching 6p. They told me it would be an hour at 5p and I just got back to my car after being told it was going to be another 45 minutes. I would recommend Walgreens in Union or Eureka over this place. The extra drive time is easily less than the time spent sitting here... waiting... and waiting.... and waiting.

Rude and unprofessional staff member in the pharmacy. Did not know how to accept a CVS Flu voucher. Told me it was wrong, not her, and that I needed to go to my doctor's office. The voucher was valid and I was able to reach customer support to help her do her job. Won't go back. And yes, she was even more rude after I found someone to help her help me.

I called to set up a flu appointment for my 90 year old grandma. Now I understand that now is a busy time but we were told by a pharmacist that walk ins would be available this week. Didn’t mention to go online to set up an appointment. I called today just to make sure and was informed they were booked, and when I mentioned that we were told something else she told me that appointments take priority which I understand. It was a little frustrating but miscommunication does happen. What upset me the most was when I was trying to make an appointment I was treated like a hindrance at the end. I told her that it was difficult without my grandma being there so I would call back and make an appointment later. This is where she got really rude and said “well I’m sorry and I can’t really control that everyone wants to get a flu shot right now.” I tried to say I understood and I wasn’t meaning to imply that she was difficult I just don’t know my grandmothers full schedule right now, but wasn’t able to get a word in because she abruptly went from to “so yeah you can either schedule an appointment later or find somewhere else” and then hung up. I typically go here all the time for prescriptions and medications for my grandma, but I’m really considering changing after this.

We recently transferred from the CVS in Eureka to Pacific, all I can say is WOW! The staff in Pacific are so sweet, friendly, and despite being busy they always have a smile on their face, wish we would have made the switch sooner.

Unprofessional !!!!The pharmacy used to be very good. The supervisor now is not friendly and has no customer service skills. My main complaint is you'll get a text that informs you your prescription is ready or the automated system tells you it is and it is not ready for pickup. This happened with my wife,kids and my medication and it took them days to refill heart medication that was supposed to be ready. If you ask to speak to the supervisor after this has happened your wasting your time. We are people you're not running a veterinary RX or clinic. My veterinarian treats animals better than the way the supervisor treats people!!!

Not only was the associate incredibly rude when I asked a question about needing my inhaler refilled and was HUNG UP on. I went to pick it up before close and the pharmacy was closed at 7:30PM on a Friday night. This place is not dependable and should not have the responsibility of refilling anyone's medication. EVER.

Pharmacy use to be good n everyone was very nice. But now it's ridiculous. I've wait over a week for my heart meds. Was constantly told it was due to wait to hear from my Dr. When I found out it was on order this entire time (yes the did send request ask if Dr wanted to change meds) I was never told it was on order. I could have called other pharmacy for this fill. Instead I was but into withdrawal of the medicine n am now back at square one starting over. When I spoke with manager n explained I was very upset I was not told each time I called she started talking to me like a child n actually blamed me for waiting so long. They proceeded to treat me like I'm a was stupid. I contacted corporate n place a complete. They r go to kill or cause severe issues if they do this with ppls needed medication. Terrible service. Simply asked if there was anything I could do to help out with the hold up and got attitude back. Spoke with the manager who was just as bad. I will not be back.

Left my review on the CVS site. Absolutely horrible. Kendall and Kayla both should be fired immediately! Ridiculous! Will will not return to this location and quite honestly,we will not ever use CVS!
