Pharmacy filled half my RX two months in a row. Didn’t get proper dosage because they didn’t tell me they were filling half due to insurance only covering 15 of the 30. After numerous phone calls back and forth between CVS & my PCP, I was able to come to the conclusion that I could pay out of pocket for what insurance didn’t cover.
Today, I went in and had some twenty something kid with with greasy hair and smudged glasses come to the drop off counter. I started to explain what was going on and she cut me off for name and birthday.
I went back to explaining that I wanted to purchase my medication on the Gold RX card and I was also transferring it to Walmart where it would be 1/4 the cost.
She cut me off twice. Told me she was going to transfer 15 of the 30 to Walmart and that they were busy and it would take 24-48 hrs.
I leaned in so she knew to pay attention to say, “that is exactly what I was trying to avoid, please stop cutting me off!”
She said she didn’t like my attitude and she’s let the pharmacist handle this. She then goes 8’ feet back to where the pharmacist was to announce loudly that she didn’t know what my attitude was but she wasn’t dealing with me.
The pharmacist came over and saw the issue. Transferred the RX to Walmart and apologized. These were ED meds and I didn’t want to have this conversation with anyone to start with! Let alone a snarky disheveled millennial, who was talking to the other non-pharmacist staff member about how she didn’t want to be there because it was Halloween and they were two booked up because CVS wouldn’t hire enough people.
HER NAME IS SHELBY AND SHE NEEDS TO GO HOme TO WHAT IM ASSUMING IS A LITTER OF KIDS WITH DIFFERENT DADDIES!

DON'T BOTHER ..., THEY DON'T!!!CVS in Pacific, MO just LOST all of the Business from my husband and I to Medicine Shoppe about 2 blocks away! ( At least 7 prescriptions per month plus other business that has been there for Years)Called to see if a new prescription was ready, stayed on hold 10 minutes then advised that it would be 2 more hours, when I asked if it could be moved up because the doctor said it was Urgent. I was advised that I had 2 hours of prescriptions in front of me and NO it could Not be moved. When I mentioned moving business to Medicine Shoppe, I was advised "OK, Thanks, have a good day!" I was Not rude and neither was she, but I wasn't treated as a customer either.Stopped by CVS 30 minutes later and my husband was advised it wasn't ready but they Could Expedite it while he sat and waited, after about 10 minutes he was told it wasn't in stock and they would have to order it.We left CVS and went to Medicine Shoppe and was immediately advised (no wait, no hassle and Immediate pleasant service) that there was an EQUIVALENT OVER THE COUNTER Iron supplement that he could take that was likely available at CVS.Really ? All this hassle over an over the counter iron supplement to increase his blood pressure and get rid of severe dizzy spells! This was the last straw (of many) with CVS! Bye-Bye and good riddance!!!
