All around bad my card got locked then I called up to get the matter solved not sure if it was the person or not pretending not to hear me but I had to state my address 20 plus times and still didn't resolve the issue and i called some one else and they could hear me perfectly fine costed me a day of work switching banks tomorrow

I have been Bank at First State Community for over 5 years. FSBC is what I believe a true community bank should be like. I love the friendly service that I receive every time I visit the bank. First State Community Bank has always been able to handle all my personal and business banking needs. I can confidently recommend FSCB.

Never have I ever…written a review for a bank or been excited to help promote them. FSCB truly is different in a very positive way, going above and beyond to serve their customers. I have both business and personal accounts with the bank, and honestly I’m not a large client of theirs in terms of dollar value…but I wouldn’t know that based on how they great they treat me. It’s wonderful to walk into the local branch and be called by name, to be able to meet with them to work with the bankers on financing to meet my specific financial needs, and to know if there ever is a problem they will work with me to iron out wrinkles. These guys truly are great, to the point I can’t ever imagine taking my banking business anywhere else. Kudos to First State Community Bank, and a special call out to Jason, Pat, Patti, and the rest of the crew at the Pacific branch in particular!
