I had a great experience at O’Reilly’s thanks to Jeff! He was extremely helpful and took the time to clearly explain how to fix the issue I was having. So nice and patient—honestly can’t thank him enough. Customer service like his is hard to come by!

Me and my family broke down at 330am but we were able to limp it to this O'Reillys. The guys noticed us in the parking lot & helped us before they opened. Got me & my family what we needed and back on the road safely & in a timely manner. Absolutely appreciate whoever was working this morning, you the real MVP!

Rude employees. Try to tell me approaching the counter with what the one item i needed to purchase that a man who just walked in the door was first. When I walked in I was the only customer in the building.

I bought a Super Start 750 jump starter for a just in case. I Plugged it in the day I bought it. It sat on my shelf plugged in since the day I bought it.
I pulled it off the shelf to use it. Battery was fully charged but no power was coming out of cables. I took it back to O’reily’s and found out it was out of warranty and there wasn’t anything else that they could do for me. Reggie said there was a fuse inside but I had to split the box to get to it. I took it back home split the box. No fuse. I took it the rest of the way apart removing everything. No fuse anywhere. I guess I got a good Jin Hong battery out of it.
I really prefer to shop locally but I guess it’s time to start looking elsewhere if I want quality.

Half the time the kids are in high school and when you ask a question they just look at you in completely dumbfounded. New guy said he’s been there a week and they handed him keys and a code and said here manage the evening shift.. all with out the manager pay of course. lol fed to the wolves.

Super helpful fellas willing to go the distance for your satisfaction I went in on a Sunday morning. Needed replacement battery for my key fob. After 2 batteries and fob still not working the counterman suggested my key fob wasn't going to work. I went to the dealership the next day and sure enough my key fob was shot.
