When my husband decided he wanted to go a different route and asked me to pick up keys. Gentleman behind the counter cussed in front of my 7 year old granddaughter. I get being frustrated but expected better customer service. My family has used their services before and I’m all about supporting local but will never return here again and highly recommend not taking kids in there. Need a sign 18 and over at the door

Had my new car recently repaired due to damage done by a Valet attendant at a hotel. Scott, the owner, took care of me in the Pacific location. The car is flawless, the price was fair, and they cleaned the vehicle in and out which was a very pleasant surprise upon pick up. The car was repaired on time and the workmanship top notch. I am very particular with my cars and Scott and Pro Tech delivered above and beyond.

Friendly and helpful, they will give you a quote for what you need done, it may be expensive but I would go to them for any damage to the car because they make it look like the damage never happened and it just came off the car lot

After being hit in a parking lot, we brought our car here. The service was amazing. The estimate was 2/3 of the other one we got. The work was completed quickly and looked great. Best of all coffee and smoothie stains on the interior passenger seat were gone!

Great shop. They worked on my Ram after I rammed a deer. Killed the deer but bent my bumper. Took it to Scott and this team, like it never happened. Painless and great work. 10 out of 10, go here. Plus I see high end luxury cars that people trust them with everyday I drive by. Yeah this is the place.
