“The location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.”

“My experience with the worker here was great. I went to this location on January 26 and was met by a very kind man wearing a Indiana university sweatshirt. This guy was exceptional at his job. What I was trying to do was complicated and he knew exactly what to do guided me through the process while helping other people at the post office at the same time. This man was great at his job and if I were his boss I would give him a raise as soon as I could.”
“I have used this office numerous times and have never had any issues. The personnel have always greeted me and taken care of my shipping requestI’m usually in and out w no issues and one of the gentleman there also showed me how I could utilize the self check system in the store”
“Our mail carrier Doug is amazing! He has gone out of his way a few times to get us our packages and an item that we lost. We lost a tablet and he found it on the side of the road and returned it to us! Not many people would have done that. Anyone I've came into contact with from this post office has been so nice and accommodating. New postmaster and all of her employees are great! Thank you for all that you do!!”
“I don't understand the poor reviews. After a nightmare 2 days trying to located a lost package, I had it sent to this location for pick up. I spoke to Richard and Angela and both were responsive and left clear instructions on how to get the package. They called me when the package arrived, I went to the facility and called them and a man brought it to me. Super simple.”

“Every trip I've had to pacific post office was very quick and easy. Employees always very nice. Postal delivery was always as expected when we lived in pacific. I had several large packages delivered that could not fit in the mail box, and the lady actually came to my door with them instead of leaving them on the ground outside which was wonderful! I miss this postal location now that I have moved!”
