We have said for years that this is the best staffed PO we have ever experienced. I have been to many and these folk are the best. Kudos to Bekkie and Tammy, There are others there just as helpful, professional, and pleasant.

I don't understand how the mailing service has went this far down hill. I thought your motto was rain, sleet or shine! How can service run on a Sunday but not run on a Monday? I've waited on packages for awhile before but this is ridiculous. Get it together Pacific. I get that it snowed but man my package has been there for almost a week. Medicines are important.

Use UPS or Fed Ex instead. I have a certified letter that still hasn't been delivered after 2 weeks. From Pacific to Osage beach.......could ride a bike there faster.

Great customer service, Steve responded super fast to my lost package notice and was able locate and deliver my missing packages within a few hours!

The past office keeps delivering my mail to a different 175 address in town.

Why are my packages able to be delivered most times but sometimes it says "undeliverable with no access to make the delivery"?? Im confused

I live in the cedars, it is on a regular basis that our mail gets delivered to the wrong address. Now I am missing a package once again. Also the mail lady has stuck a whole lot of othe people mail rubber banded together in my mailbox.
