It offers 24-hour access, lots of top-notch equipment and machines across three different training rooms, and frequent upgrades. The gym provides a great variety of included classes, from shred sessions to other training, all in a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Friendly and helpful staff are present during staffed hours. Beyond fitness, it features added wellness services like aesthetician treatments, facials, and skin treatments. Members also appreciate the available smoothies and drinks, as well as way better deals than competitor gyms. It has a very strong community presence.

The staff is good people. Super nice. Very helpful. Affordable. Secure. A variety of equipment. Clientele are friendly and respectful but mostly keep to themselves. Premises are always clean. Good small gym servicing the community. Not loud. Often busy but never crowded.
