“On the way to chicago my car broke down and was towed to Bessingers. Carrie took us to a car rental so we could try and finish our trip..This was on a friday before Labor day so everything was going to be closed for 3 days. Sue was kind enough to help us get a rental that day being we were from out of state. Carrie, Mike and Sue went above and beyond what the average business normally does for patrons. They showed exceptional kindness and professionalism to us and the work on the car was done quickly and expertly. They were a God send for us.
