Easy to find, enough room to back to a door. No overnight parking, since its a hazmat facility and is probably locked for the night.

Opens at 7:15am no overnight parking. Arrived 2 1/2 hrs early and got a door right away. 45 minutes to load and I was back on the road. There is a clean restroom and I didn’t need to sit in the drivers room when loading.

Not a bad place if you are delivering for BASF they make you get out of the truck and go inside. No chair. You just stand there for the time it takes them to unload you
